As yoga scripture explains about diet, it is very important to choose right food for each of us.
I believe from my experience that we can support our yogic/spiritual path by choosing and eating "Sattvic" food at the right time in the right circumstances.
For over 10 years, I have been studying Ayurveda (holistic medicine and life science), which works in tandem with yoga practice including the role and effects of diet on our physical and mental states.
I support yoga students as well as the local community to become vegetarian and eat healthily, and also to find thier own suitable diet according to thier doshas (body constitutions).
I offer private catering as well as yogic kitchen workshops when requested. In the past, I have catered at Purple Valley yoga retreat in Goa, and also nourished yoga practitioners in Mysore, India. I ran a healthy vegetarian cafe and my own raw sweet project, and offered cooking workshops in Koh Phangan, Thailand, also assisted The Seeds of Life raw chef trainings in Ubud,Bali.
