Workshop & Course

Ashtanga Yoga 1 Week Beginners Course May 2018

Are you interested in starting some daily yoga practice which can become your life-long practice? Why don’t you try this course with Steve and Sachi Lapham, both Ashtanga yoga level 2 authorised teachers (KPJAYI), to experience daily practice and see how you feel? You will definitely feel a big difference in how both your body and mind feel in a week.

This course is for anybody who has never done Ashtanga Yoga or who has done some yoga including Ashtanga yoga but have been unable to maintain their practice. We will teach the traditional Ashtanga yoga method step by step, daily, over a week according to individual abilities, rather than trying to cram in all knowledge/techniques and information; so that each student after this course will be able to do self-practice at home or join a Mysore class anywhere in the world to continue their practice.

We limit the number of students to maximum 8 to ensure enough attention and that everyone learns properly.

Children over 12 years old are also welcome to join accompanied by parents.
