99% Practice,  1% Theory

Classes are taught in the traditional "Mysore" style. Mysore is the city in South India where Sri K. Pattabhi Jois, R.Saraswathi Jois and his grandson R.Sharath Jois teach Ashtanga Yoga. 
 
In these classes students are taught individually within a group setting. This allows each student to be taught gradually according to their individual needs and abilities. They receive adjustments and instruction when appropriate, but are also left to practice without unnecessary distraction or interruption. Thus the practice imbues itself in the student. This quiet and supportive environment fosters a deeper and more personal experience of the yoga method and is ideal for beginners and experienced practitioners alike.
Ashtanga yoga can be practiced by anyone regardless of age, cultural background or physical ability. All that is required is enthusiasm, a desire to learn and some commitment. It is a detailed science that is learnt over the course of several years. It often becomes a  lifelong undertaking.

Open daily morning Mysore class
Sunday 8:00 - 10:00 a.m. 
Monday  7:00 - 9:00 a.m.
Tuesday 7:00 - 9:00 a.m.
Wednesday 6:45 - 8:45 a.m.
Thursday 7:00 - 9:00 a.m.
 Friday 7:00 - 9:00 a.m.
No Class on Saturdays and Moon Days
Private / Group lessons available
